Karen's Salsa

2 heaping teaspoons minced onion
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano flakes
1/4 tsp. granulated garlic
1/2 tsp. dried cilantro

2 cans WHOLE PEELED TOMATOES - or 1 big can

Blend as much as desired, then hand stir-in 3-4 chopped green onions (optional)

Serve with... everything!
