Ingredients:
1/2 cup chopped cooked chicken breast
3 T chopped Fuji apple
2 T chopped black or red grapes
2 T Crunchy peanut butter
1 T Greek Yogurt
2 tsps. honey
Iceberg lettuce
Prep:
Chop chicken and fruit, mix in bowl. Mix in PB, yogurt and honey. Spoon into open lettuce leaf, roll and serve.
